Urla Keklitepe\u2019de 73 villal\u0131k projeye imza atan \u015firket, \u0130zmir\u2019de 5 projeyle 6 milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Ege Yap\u0131\u2019n\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki ilerleyen y\u0131llarda dura\u011f\u0131 ise Bodrum olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fcrriyet Gazetesi&#8217;nden Mete Tamer Omur&#8217;un haberine g\u00f6re,&nbsp;Ege B\u00f6lgesi, y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7ekim merkezi. Hem bu b\u00f6lgede ya\u015famak isteyenlerin hem de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00f6zdesi. Ege\u2019nin ba\u015fkenti olarak an\u0131lan izmir ise \u00f6zellikle bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131n ya\u015famak istedi\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir durak olma misyonunu b\u00fcy\u00fcterek s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Her ne kadar bir d\u00f6nem yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yava\u015flasa da b\u00f6lgeye olan talep yine canland\u0131. \u00d6zellikle pandemiyle ba\u015flayan konut al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikle birlikte \u0130zmir\u2019in yazl\u0131k b\u00f6lgelerinde gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da hayli hareketlendi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130stanbul\u2019da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 i\u015flere imza atan Ege Yap\u0131 da rotas\u0131n\u0131 izmir\u2019e \u00e7evirenlerden. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130zmir\u2019le yak\u0131ndan ilgilenen \u015firket, istanbul d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n start\u0131n\u0131 \u0130zmir\u2019de verdi. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ilkini de Urla Kekliktepe\u2019de hayata ge\u00e7iren Ege Yap\u0131, \u0130zmir\u2019de 5 projeyle 6 milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Bu y\u0131lla birlikte iki y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde hayata ge\u00e7irecekleri proje ve hedeflerde Cumhuriyet\u2019in 100\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l\u0131na yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r \u015fekilde 7 projede, 7 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m de\u011feri olarak a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktaran kabaday\u0131, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain has-large-font-size td_quote td_quote_left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600;text-transform:none\">Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 Urla\u2019ya<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBu projeler bitti\u011finde 25 milyar liray\u0131 a\u015fan bir de\u011fer olu\u015facak. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ilk projesini \u0130zmir Urla\u2019da \u2018Kekliktepe\u2019 ile ba\u015flatt\u0131k. \u015eu anda projemizde in\u015faat faaliyetleri ba\u015flad\u0131, \u00f6n talep al\u0131yoruz. Projemize \u00fclkemizin bir\u00e7ok ilinden de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ilgi var. \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y\u2019de yatay mimari anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ormanyaka\u2019n\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Burada da \u00f6n talep a\u015famas\u0131nday\u0131z. Y\u0131l\u0131n son \u00e7eyre\u011finde lansman\u0131n\u0131 yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u0131l bitmeden planlama ve ruhsat i\u015flerini tamamlamay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fimiz iki projeye daha ba\u015flamak istiyoruz. Onlar da; Hask\u00f6y\u2019de otel ve konuttan olu\u015fan bir karma proje ile \u015eile\u2019de otel ve villa konseptinin olaca\u011f\u0131 proje. Bu iki proje i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde devam ediyor. \u0130stanbul\u2019da Ispartakule\u2019de \u2018Modernyaka\u2019 adl\u0131 projemizde 525 adet konut in\u015fa ediyoruz. Burada teslimleri de 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Yine bu b\u00f6lgede 2 bin konutluk bir projenin daha haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 yeti\u015firse 2023 son aylar\u0131nda bu projeyi de de\u011ferli Ege Yap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n be\u011fenisine sunaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kekliktepe\u2019deki projenin 88 bin metrekare alan \u00fczerinde yatay mimari anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla konumlanan 73 m\u00fcstakil villadan olu\u015ftu\u011funu ifade eden \u0130nan\u00e7 Kabaday\u0131, \u201cvillalar, \u00f6zel havuzu ve bah\u00e7esiyle in\u015fa edilecek. Projede 370 metrekareden 500 metrekareye varan geni\u015f ve konforlu m\u00fcstakil villalarda; 5+1, 6+1 ve 7+1 konut tiplerinin tamam\u0131 bin metrekareye varan alanda tasarlan\u0131yor\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain has-large-font-size td_quote td_quote_left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600;text-transform:none\">Be\u015f projeyle giri\u015f yapt\u0131<br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ege yap\u0131 olarak 17 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130stanbul\u2019da 25 projeyi \u2018zaman\u0131nda\u2019 teslim ettiklerini anlatan \u0130nan\u00e7 Kabaday\u0131, \u201cBug\u00fcne kadar edindi\u011fimiz tecr\u00fcbe ve deneyimle y\u00fcksek yat\u0131r\u0131m potansiyeli olan izmir\u2019e 6 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131k. Uzun bir s\u00fcredir yak\u0131ndan takip etti\u011fimiz bir kentti. Bu b\u00f6lgede ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 1 milyar 100 milyon TL ile Urla Kekliktepe projemizde ba\u015flatt\u0131k. \u0130zmir\u2019de di\u011fer yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131za bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; potansiyeli y\u00fcksek olan ya\u011fc\u0131lar b\u00f6lgesinde 2 milyar 500 milyon lira bedelle ve yatay mimari anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla 435 villa in\u015fa edece\u011fiz. Alsancak\u2019ta iki projemiz olacak, onlar\u0131n da toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m de\u011feri 1 milyar 350 milyon lira. Yine \u0130zmir Dikili\u2019de 1 milyar 50 milyon liral\u0131k de\u011fere sahip konut projemizi de planl\u0131yoruz. Ruhsat ve planlar\u0131 yeti\u015firse bu y\u0131l lanse edece\u011fiz. \u0130lerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7te bunlara yenileri de eklenecek. B\u00f6lgede de yat\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131m\u0131z bulunuyor. Burada da bodrum g\u00fcndemdeki lokasyon\u201d diyerek, Ege\u2019deki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik alan\u0131na entegre edebilmek i\u00e7in \u015firketin ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapmaya devam etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen inan\u00e7 kabaday\u0131, \u201camac\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcretti\u011fimiz konutlarda karbon emisyonunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilmek ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir ya\u015fam\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale getirebilmek. \u00dcretim taraf\u0131nda bunu nas\u0131l minimuma indirece\u011fimiz konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z var. Biz bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara 12 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Bat\u0131\u015fehir projemizi in\u015fa etme s\u00fcrecinde ba\u015flad\u0131k. 2011\u2019de hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz Bat\u0131\u015fehir projemizde \u20185 dakikal\u0131k \u015fehir\u2019 konseptiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ye\u015fil proje hedefini belli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde uygulamay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131k. Bat\u0131\u015fehir projesi 240 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir arazide, bir ailenin t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verebilecek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle dizayn edildi. Projede konut, ofis, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f alanlar\u0131, okul, kre\u015f, otel, cami ve spor tesisleri yer al\u0131yor. Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri ise projenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki hastaneden kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. \u00d6zetle projede ya\u015fayan sakinler i\u00e7in kendi kendine yetebilen bir \u015fehir in\u015fa ettik. Biz son d\u00f6nemdeki t\u00fcm projelerimizi \u2018a s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 enerji belgesi\u2019 alabilecek \u015fekilde planl\u0131yoruz. Peyzajda se\u00e7ti\u011fimiz az su isteyen bitki se\u00e7iminden, ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131n toplanma \u00fcnitelerinden, cam duvar oran\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131ndan, fotoselli lambalara kadar uzanan \u00f6nemli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Geli\u015fen \u015firket olmaya devam etmenin yolu, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015fi teknoloji ile entegre ederek global pazarda yer alabilmekten ge\u00e7iyor.
